2009 Spring Barrel Tasting in the Yakima Valley @ Donitelia Winery

When we finally made it to the Yakima we already had one full case of vine, we decide to stay at Hilton Garden Inn and just next to the hotel is Donitelia Winery and that is in our opinion only place worth visiting while in Yakima if you like Barbera, Dolcetto, Primitivo and Sangiovese.
Donitelia is great place to taste red vines and Hans was and is perfect host, so if you are in Yakima plese make sure to visit great people from Donitelia Winery at

On May 2nd we will be at Indie Wine Fest - Grand Tasting Event which will be at 2621 NW 30th Avenue 2:00pm-6:00pm

2009 Spring Barrel Tasting in the Yakima Valley @ Cristopher Cellars & Wineglass Cellars

On our way from Prosser to the Yakima we made stop at Christopher Cellars in Zillah area.
Team Splashi got one bottle of the they red vine "Cultura".
Another place that we visited was Wineglass Cellars where we tasted Zinfandel straight out of barrel and it was just great.
